Drag and drop interface to interactively draw a multi-criteria value tree of any size. Easy to amend, color the criteria, set fonts etc

Connect criteria in the tree just by dragging the connecting lines.

Criteria or families of criteria in the tree do not need to be connected. You can connect and disconnect and re-arrange as discussion about appropriate criteria proceeds.

Zoom with the mouse wheel.

Create any number of decision Alternatives.

Customize the words used for key items (perhaps “Alternatives” is not the best phrase and you prefer to call them “Our next office”).

Set or change scores for alternatives numerically or by dragging bars on charts to easily set the value of each alterative on each criteria.

Set or change weights used to compare criteria numerically or by dragging bars on charts.

Use different weighing methodologies. Weight by families of criteria, or across the entire base of the value tree. Force all weights to add to 100%, or allow free weighting (with appropriate adjustment as weights combine up the tree).
